Lynne with an Experiment

All the tomato plants are still alive. Even though there was a partial decapitation of one, all six are still alive and thriving. And maybe one is a little shorter because of a partial decapitation.

I had to break my fall somehow. And unfortunately, my “fall-breaking” involved reaching out for the railing and pushing a box planter off the porch.

Despite its one-story plummet, the tomato plant survived. It is about half its original size but I am happy to report it is recuperating. Despite its homicidal plunge off my deck. And in a way, I should have seen something like this happening. I mean, the name of this tomato variety is Bloody Butcher.
