Southern California – born and bred. I am that rare group, California Native. Grew up on the left coast with midwestern sensibilities (courtesy of mom) and east coast sarcasm (courtesy of dad). I have quite a few life experiences, a majority of them good. I seem to live life on a dramatic scale so nothing is ever vanilla for me. I work as a marketing professional. I have always loved to write, talk, read and create so I guess it was a natural transition. I do have a very logical, Type A side as well, which works well in marketing. I am a bit of an artsy-fartsy – but I will be the first to roll my eyes when someone starts a critique with the use of words such as disparity or contrast.
